The Wireless Zone support system is embedded with a top-notch customer service team. This internal team assists with:

  • Processing all incoming product orders and drop shipments
  • Helping with order inquiries and changes
  • Handling problems regarding products, orders and rebates
  • Fielding general warehouse questions including availability and compatibility of wireless products
  • Taking care of questions and problems regarding shipping and claims

And for your customers’ purposes, this department fields calls from our 1-866-WZHELPS line. They’ll work with the customer to resolve any issues or questions to insure the customer’s utmost satisfaction with your Wireless Zone® store.
